The room was very clean and even though it was a teeny tiny bit on the small side, it was very practical! The hotel doesn’t have an elevator and our room was on the top floor, but we didn’t mind. The hotel staff was nice and helped us kindly when we had a question, they greeted us everytime we walked past and overall gave us a welcoming feeling. The location of the hotel is AMAZING. It’s in the middle of London Paddington Station and Hyde Park, there are stores and shops and restaurants nearby and even though the hotel is in a busy city, we didn’t have any problems with sound! I’d highly recommend it!

This is a nice property and I stayed for 8 nights. It's a walk-up so if you have mobility issues skip it, but if you're alright with a basic room at a good price in a central area, you can't go wrong. Standouts are that there's laundry around the corner for long stays and Paddington is a central hub that will drop you anywhere in the city and Heathrow. The staff was nice and the selection of nearby stores, cafes, pubs, and restaurants was great. Try The Victoria just a block away. It's one of my favorite pubs in the city and I was excited to see it was so close.

The staff were absolutely amazing! We arrived at 10am and asked to leave our bags in Reception and the person who was on went out of their way to find us a room to check-in to straight away. By doing this we ended up with a slightly larger room witch two beds which was a bonus. I also liked that we were asked to leave our room key with reception when we went out, it gave me that extra piece of mind that I was one less thing to lose whist we were out exploring the capital.

The rooms are tiny, though this is normal for London and especially for that part of the city. Was great value for money. It is normal to expect a modest room that just has all the basics for the cost of it. Was very small, though sufficient for one person. Same about the bathroom. The only real issue is that there are several floors and there is no elevator. And that could be a challenge for guests. The guy at reception was very kind and helpful.

The room was of good size with decent furniture and the staff is very kind. Also, the reception is open 24 hours. This location is ideal for me as it is very well linked with train and tube and there are many options for a quick meal and breakfast.
